一、依據教育部 106 年 5 月 11 日臺教人(四)字第 1060056463C 號函辦理。
二、修正後之學校教職員退休條例施行細則規定，學校教職員月退休金及遺族月撫慰金，其發放日期除第 1 次月退休金或月撫慰金依審定之領受起始日發給外，將自 107 年 1 月 1 日起，改為於每月 1 日發給，請各校將修正後規定，轉知各領受人知悉並妥為說明，俾使其能妥善調整安排退休經濟生活。
三、檢附教育部原函及 106 年 5 月 11 日臺教人(四)字第 1060056463B 號令各一份。
